Absolutely amazing service. Had a gas leak fixed. Why? Because the plumber from Wynyard installed our gas stove against compliance standards. Thank god for Kiely Plumbing. Great friendly service and so professional. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Tom did an awesome job of replacing our hot water cylinder and shower head. He clearly explained the safety aspects of the new cylinder. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was clean and tidy when he left.

Kiely are excellent communicators. So nice to work with people who say where they will be and when, and then do it! Rare in fact. Fast service, accountable and skilful, and very pleasant people to work with. Can’t recommend enough.

A huge thank you to Kiely Plumbing for helping us just before Christmas, when we woke up to a blocked sewer line. It was excellent friendly customer service from the first SOS call to their office, and fantastic same-day service from Jonty and James who fixed everything and left no trace of their visit. All capped off with a very reasonable bill-a nice surprise! Thank you all, we are lucky to have such a great local service🙏

The installation of my replacement steam generator went flawlessly. The new installation is far superior to the old with safety cut-outs and auto-flush installed. Additionally all pipework is far neater than before and the whole job, including clean up was most professionally done. Highly recommended for any future work.

Good questions

Who can I refer?

Anyone — friends, family, neighbours, workmates. If they’re in our service area and need a plumber, we’d love to look after them.

Can I refer more than one person? Is there a limit?

As many as you like — there’s no cap. Every completed referral earns its own thank-you.

When do I receive my reward?

Once your referral’s job is complete. Your Visa gift card is on its way within 14 days of the job being finished.

How do I know when they’ve booked?

We’ll text you when your referral books in, and again when your gift card is on its way.

How do I receive my gift card?

It’s sent electronically — a digital Visa gift card straight to your phone, ready to use right away.

What if they only get a quote for now?

No stress. We keep the referral on file — if they book the job later, your thank-you still counts.

Trust is worth sharing.

If Kiely Plumbing has looked after you, we’d love the opportunity to look after someone you care about too.
